We are the Volusia County Corrections Association, located in Volusia County, FL.
The Volusia County Corrections Association was formed to promote officer safety and provide necessary benefits, stronger negotiating power, good working conditions and equipment, better wages commensurate with comparable correctional departments, Legal Defense Fund benefits, and to specifically address the needs of corrections professionals.
Volusia County is on the east coast of central Florida and it is home to over 500,000 residents with 47 miles of beaches on the Atlantic Ocean where water sports and auto racing are a common pastime with a rich history that dates back to when Louis Chevrolet and Henry Ford began races there. The Daytona International Speedway continues that tradition today, hosting the Daytona 500, an event larger than the Super Bowl. Volusia County is also home to famous museums and fishing, wildlife preserves and parks, and much, much more!
